Our 5-Point Plan consists of sequential, interconnected steps utilizing the vast resources at community-level to: find clusters of unvaccinated children; determine the reasons why children aren’t vaccinated from caregivers and frontline health workers; share information to solve identified reasons; inform the community of the actions taken; and evaluate the process. The dashboards below show the progress during implementations of the Plan.
